Only Photo & Logo Upload orders will receive a preview via email within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays after order is placed. View our standard delivery times.
Photo & Logo Upload orders will receive a proof 1-2 days after order is placed, then 2-3 days for production AFTER proof has been approved, and then transit time will be added based on the selected shipping method. See "Expected In-Hands Date" for shipping times. If you selected a stock design you will NOT receive a proof and production will take 2-3 days AFTER order is placed. Production times may vary based on order quantity.
- IMPORTANT: All alcohol shipments must be signed for by someone at least 21 years of age. They cannot be left at the doorstep, P.O. Box or any other location without the adult 21+ signature.
- We recommend ensuring the recipient will be in town and at home. Otherwise, consider shipping to a business where someone will be there during normal business hours to sign for it.
- If no one is home, a total of 3 attempts will be made to deliver the package. After that, the package will be returned to us; redirect charges will apply (if we get confirmation from the carrier prior to them returning it to us) and new shipping charges (approx. $18 per package) will apply if the package needs to be shipped again.
- You can manage your delivery with the tracking link emailed to you after your order is shipped. An additional cost will apply if you wish to modify the delivery in any way after the shipping label has been printed.
- Transit times are based on the number of business days, Monday through Friday (i.e., holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included).
- Items will go Ground (up to 5 business days) unless an expedited option is paid for (1, 2 or 3 business days).
- Weekend deliveries may be available in some cases, but are not guaranteed.

For Photo & Logo Upload orders, one virtual proof is included with one revision free of charge. Additional previews are $10 each.
Step 5
Production begins
Production begins the next business day after purchase and proof approval for Photo & Logo Upload orders (holidays excluded). Production time is 2-3 business days for most items.
Step 6
Shipping
Once it’s ready, we’ll ship your order and provide you with tracking information.
